Administrative Assistant

This position provides administrative and project support directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Controller, playing a key role in maintaining accurate project information within Spectrum construction management and accounting software. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction administration, project coordination, purchasing, estimating support, or a related field. The role involves managing project data entry, supporting estimating and preconstruction activities, coordinating purchase orders, and assisting with change order administration. Additionally, the position supports accounting and project controls by ensuring accurate financial information and resolving discrepancies.
