Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant serves as a key liaison between Area Managers, Loan Officers, Client Services, and borrowers to ensure timely and compliant loan documentation from intake through post-closing. This fully remote role requires strong organizational skills to manage loan files, coordinate communications, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. The position involves reviewing documentation, handling post-closing tasks, and supporting administrative functions within a home office environment.
