This position assists the Fire Department and Finance Department with various administrative tasks and special projects, serving as the primary customer service contact for daily operations. The role involves managing front-office operations, coordinating office supplies and maintenance, and supporting payroll, budget tracking, and grant submissions. The incumbent will also assist with scheduling, event planning, and general clerical duties to ensure smooth departmental functions.
