Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the leadership team, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and preparing documents and correspondence. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and works across all departments, requiring discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential business, financial, and personnel information.
