Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides executive, operational, and administrative support to the Controllers Leadership Team and their teams, managing calendars, travel, and leadership events. Based in Tampa, the role coordinates site support across Tampa and Memphis, handling colleague engagement, communications, and operational logistics to ensure a consistent experience for colleagues and visitors. The position involves managing highly confidential materials and supporting regional time zones with periodic work outside standard US business hours.
