Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure the efficient execution of administrative routines for solar plants, maintaining office operations, document management, logistics, and employee support. This role ensures that administrative processes are organized, efficient, and compliant with company standards, supporting O&M, HSSE, Supply Chain, HR, and local leadership teams. The position also handles documentation management, travel support, vendor control, and infrastructure-related activities.
