Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant coordinates administrative functions for the Stewardship and Development Office and the Catholic Foundation – Diocese of Austin, working directly with professional staff. The role supports donor activities, manages database records, and assists with fundraising campaigns, events, and financial reporting. This position operates with independent judgment and initiative under the Associate Director of Planned Giving.
