Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and coordination activities to Vice Presidents and other staff within the Customer Solutions Growth Regions division at Caterpillar Inc. This role focuses on enabling efficient operations by managing schedules, travel arrangements, and communications while supporting customer and dealer engagement activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite environment in Singapore.
