Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to four Vice Presidents within the R&D Oncology organization at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. This remote role requires close collaboration with the Executive Assistant to the CMO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and optimize leadership productivity. The position involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, handling expense reports, and supporting key initiatives in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
