Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports the administrative routines of RMA within the Services/Backoffice area, ensuring the receipt, registration, routing, tracking, and updating of requests until completion. The role involves organizing information and communicating with clients, internal teams, partners, suppliers, and laboratories as needed. This position focuses on administrative processes without performing technical diagnostics or defect evaluations.
