Administrative Associate

The Administrative Associate supports the IPSI administrative team by handling hiring processes, travel arrangements, calendar management, event planning, and purchasing for grant projects. Reporting to the Finance Officer, this role provides daily administrative support to directors, coordinators, and the executive director while ensuring compliance with contracts and expenditures.
