This role provides clerical functions and practice support duties for a primary division while offering cross-support to other divisions as needed. The position focuses on ensuring excellent customer service, efficient patient flow, and effective communication with patients, physicians, and hospital departments. Key objectives include achieving patient, customer, and provider satisfaction alongside accurate billing and timely resolution of registration and billing exceptions.
