The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to senior education leadership within the Center for Education and the Shapiro Institute, helping to manage departmental programs and services. The role supports the Vice President for Education, the Executive Director, the Director of Artificial Intelligence, and the Office of Education Research, and involves interaction with medical students including onboarding Harvard Medical School students for BIDMC rotations. The position is based onsite in Boston, MA with the ability to work one day remotely per week after training.
