Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator supports the Inherited Metabolic Diseases Service and the Clinical Genetics Service by providing hands-on administrative and care coordination support to a multidisciplinary clinical team. This role ensures timely patient access to care through referral management, Epic work queue maintenance, insurance coordination, and cross-coverage of both services. The coordinator works alongside two experienced administrative coordinators to maintain accurate documentation and serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and referring providers.
