Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator provides office administration support to the Madera Leadership Team, serving as the primary front-facing contact for vendors, representatives, candidates, and employees. The role involves coordinating key customer visits and special events while partnering with various departments to meet plant objectives and administrative activities. Additionally, the position provides administrative support for non-confidential employee matters and assists with general office operations.
