Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator serves as the primary front-of-house ambassador and operational pivot point for guest services, membership processing, and administrative support at the Prisma Health Performance Center. Reporting to the Director, this role oversees lobby operations, manages digital reservation systems, processes membership acquisitions, and delivers front-line customer service. The position also provides administrative support to leadership and leads part-time Customer Service Attendants to ensure a seamless guest experience.
