Administrative & Events Assistant

The Administrative & Events Assistant supports the Director of Event Management by coordinating event services with university departments and external vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, and managing event records using event management technology. The role also provides coverage for other staff as needed and may require work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
