Administrative Executive

The University is seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to work with the Administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of the Office of Information Technology. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, preparing purchase requisitions, coordinating meetings and events, and providing comprehensive administrative support to colleagues. The appointee will also assist with procurement processes, IT asset management, and maintaining financial records.
