Administrative Fellowship

The Administrative Fellowship at Northbay Health is a learning and active work program designed to develop skills in operations management and strategic implementation within a real-life healthcare environment. Fellows will be assigned to a business unit, lead interdisciplinary teams, and deliver multiple projects, culminating in a Capstone project assigned by an executive vice president. The role provides an opportunity to transition from a project participant to an accountable program owner while interacting with staff, physicians, and organizational leaders.
