The Administrative Generalist serves as the front desk representative for the St. Paul branch, managing reception, mail, visitor greeting, and office organization. The role also supports human resources with recruiting, processes payroll and benefits paperwork, handles billing and accounts payable, and may act as office manager overseeing administrative staff.
