Administrative Officer 2

The Administrative Officer 2 supports the Perioperative Central Scheduling department by managing OR scheduling compliance, block management, and workflow optimization across multiple UCSF Health sites. This role acts as a Superuser for Optime scheduling, troubleshoots administrative and IT issues, and ensures accurate case placement and resource utilization. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to enhance scheduling efficiency and patient access.
