The Central Scheduling Resource Coordinator supports the Perioperative Central Scheduling department by ensuring compliance with OR scheduling standards and managing OR block oversight across multiple UCSF Health sites. This role acts as a Superuser for Optime scheduling, troubleshoots administrative and IT issues, and collaborates with clinical staff to improve scheduling accuracy and patient access. The position also coordinates daily OR huddles and provides customer service to resolve scheduling inquiries and conflicts.
