Administrative Officer Grade 2

The Administrative Officer Grade 2 provides comprehensive administrative, financial, operational and customer service support to the Nutrition and Dietetics Department across all Austin Health sites. Based primarily at Austin Hospital, the role handles reception, office management, financial administration and outpatient coordination, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for the dietetics team.
