Administrative Officer

The Administrative Officer supports the day-to-day administrative oversight of the Office of the President at the University of Waterloo, providing professional support in a complex and highly confidential environment. The role involves assisting with managing operating accounts, financial reporting, logistics, briefing materials, and international travel for the President and Executive Director. This position also addresses inquiries from senior leaders, faculty, staff, and the public while managing emerging issues and maintaining strong working relationships across campus.
