Administrative & Property Management Associate

This role supports the day-to-day operations of a small commercial real estate portfolio by combining administrative support, vendor coordination, property management assistance, and basic accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive and dependable, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely completion of open tasks and maintaining organized records. The position involves coordinating with vendors, assisting with leasing activities, and supporting the VP of Building Operations with maintenance and inspections.
