Administrative Services Division Director

Under the supervision of the Public Works Department Director, this role provides oversight and management of the Administrative Services Division's operations, including purchasing, financial, budget, accounting, human resources, and customer service functions. The position ensures compliance with policies and laws while developing workflows and supervising staff to improve operational accuracy and transparency. The incumbent coordinates budget development, represents the department to external stakeholders, and resolves procurement and billing issues.
