Administrative Specialist, Research Operations

This role provides high-level administrative support for the Office of the Senior Vice President in USF Research, serving as a Concierge to manage front office staff and deliver exceptional service to faculty, staff, students, and visitors. The position handles a variety of administrative tasks, including travel support, purchasing and reimbursement processing, front desk management, and event coordination. It also involves reconciling P-Card transactions, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with office operations and supplies.
