Administrative Specialist Supervisor

This role supervises the Administrative Specialists team supporting the Alumni Relations and Development Division at Trinity University. The position coordinates calendars, communications, reports, and logistics for the Vice President's office while managing divisional expenses and office operations. It involves facilitating relationships with internal and external stakeholders and supporting the Senior Staff and Board of Trustees committees.
