Administrative Specialist

The Administrative Specialist provides high-level administrative support to the Division Director of Rheumatology, ensuring seamless operations, efficient scheduling, and effective communication. This role involves managing the Director's calendar, coordinating meetings and events, handling travel logistics, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position also includes assisting with project management, preparing confidential documents, and supporting faculty recruitment and onboarding processes.
