Administrative Specialist

The Administrative Specialist provides versatile administrative support and backup coverage for office staff across the Beef Northwest family of operations. This role involves training on and executing critical functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily banking, cattle tracking, and procurement support. The position requires flexibility to shift focus between diverse administrative tasks to ensure seamless continuity of operations during staff absences or transitions.
