Administrative Supervisor

The Administrative Supervisor is a registered Professional Nurse responsible for assisting in the planning, directing, and evaluating of nursing services on evening and night shifts. This role involves overseeing the administrative operations of the Nursing Department, resolving problems, and providing leadership to nursing personnel and other hospital staff. The position requires assessing staffing needs, conducting unit rounds, and ensuring high-quality patient care across the Andrus and Dobbs Ferry Pavilions.
