Administrative Support for Production Department

This role provides administrative support to the Production Department by capturing process information, managing the acquisition of supplies, tracking supplier payments, and addressing needs and findings in production areas. The position involves generating purchase requisitions, handling SOX audit requirements, and overseeing the invoicing and payment processes for suppliers. Additionally, the role includes managing monthly payments to CNIT and CRT entities, capturing agave guides and vinasse freight exits, and supporting payroll reporting for production staff.
