Administrative Support III, Project Delivery

This role serves as the administrative backbone for the Federal Highway Administration's Central Federal Lands Highway Division, supporting project delivery and construction branches from scoping through closeout. The position acts as the on-site liaison for the Government's contracting officer representative and manages correspondence, project setup, budget tracking, and travel coordination. The role also involves scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting construction branch logistics and compliance.
