Administrative Support

This position develops and manages department administrative operations to ensure high-quality service while providing direct support to the AVP of Ambulatory Services. The role involves handling confidential paperwork, managing regulatory compliance, and covering for department managers during their absence. The incumbent will also oversee front desk associates and coordinate various facility-wide events and initiatives.
