Administrative Support

This position provides confidential administrative support to the Customer Service department, acting on behalf of the director and manager to screen and prioritize incoming materials. The role involves arranging meetings and travel, assisting with budget development and expense processing, and preparing correspondence and reports. The incumbent will also support managers with project assignments and maintain departmental filing systems and procedures.
