PEHP’s Administrative Systems Team is seeking an Administrative Systems Analyst to assist with the evaluation, testing, and implementation of benefits and payment structure changes within core administrative systems. The role requires strong analytical skills to perform complex business and product setup requirement analysis, ensuring the quality and integrity of system configurations. The Analyst will work semi-independently to solve simple to complex projects while maintaining a strong understanding of benefits systems and associated interfaces.
Utah Retirement Systems (URS) is the statewide public pension administrator that manages retirement, disability, and survivor benefits for Utah public employees and participating employers. URS oversees defined‑benefit and defined‑contribution plans and the investment of plan assets, while providing member and employer services such as online account access, daily unit values, tax documents, and calculators. URS focuses on secure, accessible tools and outreach to simplify benefits administration and retirement planning.
