Administrative Team Member

This role manages balances due from patients, insurance carriers, and third-party payers by collecting payments, setting up payment plans, and following up on outstanding insurance denials. The position involves posting payments, resolving account questions, and coordinating financial assistance applications while ensuring proper reimbursement through contract and regulation interpretation. The team member will also research and appeal partially denied claims and analyze clearinghouse system errors to ensure timely claim filing.
