This role provides administrative support to the LRRDS in implementing waiver programs, serving as the primary contact for new service referrals. The position involves inputting data into the Department of Health database, tracking records, and assisting with participant assessments and provider training. Additionally, the incumbent supports the review of Serious Reportable Incidents and assists in managing housing programs.
