Administrative/Service Support

This role provides administrative support to individuals within the Cards and Payments department, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position involves managing records, responding to Banking Center inquiries regarding debit card alerts and disputes, and maintaining compliance documentation. It also includes performing essential functions of the Resource Card Desk and adhering to all departmental policies and regulations.
