Administrator - Field Service

The Field Service Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Field Service team and Field Service Coordinator, ensuring the efficient delivery of field service operations. The role is responsible for timesheet processing, payroll support, rostering, employee records, training bookings, purchase requisitions, invoice receipting, parts ordering, accommodation and flight bookings, vehicle servicing, and reimbursement claims. The position also supports mobilisation activities, maintains workforce and training records, assists with vendor engagement and ad hoc labour requirements, and provides day-to-day coordination support to help meet customer and operational requirements safely and efficiently.
