Administrator in Training (AIT)

The Administrator in Training (AIT) Intern is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience for individuals aspiring to become Long Term Care Administrators. Under the guidance of the Community Executive Director, the intern will rotate through various departments to gain exposure to strategic planning, financial management, regulatory compliance, and personnel management. The role involves assisting with audits, budgeting processes, and quality improvement initiatives while observing executive leadership and participating in regulatory inspections.
