Administrator in Training

The Administrator in Training provides instructional leadership and support to the instructional program while gaining the experience and skills necessary to become an administrator at ISANA Academies. The role involves monitoring the implementation of academic programs, analyzing data to drive instruction, and collaborating with faculty to plan and evaluate school improvement initiatives. This position requires maintaining a positive school environment, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and charter policies.
