This role manages the daily operations, logistics, and facility support for the General Manager and Puma Energy Mozambique operations, focusing on administrative leadership, fleet management, and staff coordination. The position ensures business continuity by overseeing office maintenance, travel arrangements, vehicle compliance, and vendor procurement while serving as a key liaison between management, staff, suppliers, and external clients. Candidates must provide end-to-end logistical support, manage executive calendars, and maintain strict control over office expenses and asset registers.
