Administrator Sr. - AR/AP

This role serves as the primary point of contact for accounts receivable cash receipts, postings, and inter-company balancing to ensure accurate allocation to bank accounts. Responsibilities include preparing daily cash reports, clearing customer accounts, investigating misapplied funds, and reconciling the cash general ledger for month-end close. The position requires close collaboration with Customer Service, Credit, and Accounting teams to maintain financial compliance and resolve payment discrepancies.
