This role serves as an administrator under the Program Director of Intensive Treatment Centers, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing program staff for a congregate care model providing behavioral and mental health treatment to children and youth. The position involves assisting with staff hiring and training, managing personnel matters, and ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards. The administrator also provides clinical care, supervises interdisciplinary teams, and supports collaborative transition planning for residents.
