Admission RN Team Leader

The Admission RN Team Leader provides day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight to the field admissions team at Calvary Hospice, ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate admissions that align with the organization's mission and regulatory standards. This role involves facilitating field supervision, documentation review, education, and professional development of admission nurses to support high-quality, patient-centered care. The position requires a current New York State Registered Nurse License, a BSN, and at least five years of clinical nursing experience, with hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
