Admission Specialist

This role provides excellent customer service while admitting animals into the Adoption Program and partnering with intake sources such as the public, rescues, and other shelters. The position involves interfacing with key sourcing partners, managing lost/found animal records, and handling return-to-owner processes. The specialist also manages office needs and supports daily operational tasks under the supervision of the Intake Manager.
