Admissions Coordinator

This role manages the referral and admission process for Welsh Mountain, maintaining relationships with referral sources to ensure consistent occupancy and a balanced payer mix. The position involves coordinating non-medical resident services, advocating for appropriate coverage, and supporting residents and families throughout the admissions journey. The coordinator also assists with backup clinical services and participates in on-call rotations as needed.
