Admissions Coordinator

This role schedules and facilitates admission and intake assessments to determine the appropriate level of care for consumers. The position involves conducting screenings, preparing biopsychosocial assessments, and developing initial wellness and recovery plans upon admission. The coordinator also manages enrollment, collaborates with consumers on treatment plans, and ensures compliance with licensing and agency standards.
