Admissions Director

The Admissions Director manages the center's customer flow process, including referrals, admissions, and community sales, to meet census goals and ensure high customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to optimize admissions, discharge, and transfer processes while maintaining accurate documentation in the Core Operating System. The position requires developing and implementing sales plans, training the admissions team, and fostering strong relationships with referrers and healthcare professionals.
